We are a family-run team specialising in residential sales and lettings and block and estate management. Every service we provide is personal, proactive and tailored to you.
We offer 100% accompanied viewings, seven days a week, because we believe seeing a property should be easy, convenient, and informative. From first enquiry to completion, we handle every detail with care, clarity, and efficiency.
As professional members of Propertymark, all our team are DBS checked, and we are proud to be recognised as the region’s only Dementia Friendly Estate Agent. For every completed sale, we make a donation to Dementia Friendly Keighley, supporting our local community.

With over 13 years of experience in the Private Rented Sector, Macaulay is our in-house property expert. He began his career straight out of school at 16 as an apprentice for Inghams, an independent letting agency in Bingley. Since then, he’s earned industry-recognised qualifications, joined the Association of Residential Lettings Agents, and become a regulated member of PropertyMark.
His journey included a brief stint at Dacre, Son and Hartley before he became the Branch Manager of another well-established firm in Bingley, a role he excelled in for 5 years.
Macaulay has tried to escape the property industry twice - once to sell IT equipment and another time to soar into the aviation industry. But that never really took off, and the strongest pull has always been property!
Outside the office, Macaulay loves spending time with his small family, playing football locally for Sutton, or cheering on Everton!
Joanne is part of our management team, working in the office to support our landlords and tenants handling the day-to-day property management and administrative tasks. She is also an accredited member of PropertyMark.
When she’s not with us, you may see Joanne in her scrubs as she also works as a registered nurse locally for the NHS.
Before her nursing career, Joanne gained valuable experience working in the mortgage sector for a large corporation, specifically in complaint handling.
Outside the office, Joanne is often seen walking in the village with our son and two dogs. You might also find her enjoying a drink or two with friends!
Although not always in the office, Doug and Dottie are the dynamic duo of our “barketing” team. When they’re not busy napping or chasing their tails, these furry colleagues are boosting morale and providing plenty of laughs. Doug specialises in barking out the latest ideas, while Dottie ensures everyone stays pawsitive. They’re the heart and soul of our team, and they never miss an opportunity to fetch new clients!
